NOTE
(1) Program message headers
There are simple headers and compound headers.

Simple header
A header consisting of a single word beginning with a letter.
Examples
:HEADer etc.

Compound header
A header consisting of a sequence of words separated by colons.
Examples
:SYSTem:BEEPer, :MEMory:CLEar, etc.
(2) Response message headers
Headers in response messages can be enabled or disabled by using the
"HEADer" command.
Example
: When the grounding class is set to class 1:
:EQUIPMENT?
(Query message asking for the grounding class setting of the
equipment to be measured.)
Response message when headers are on.
:EQUIPMENT_CLASS1
(Header portion) (Data portion)
Response message when headers are off.
CLASS1
(Data portion only)
When powering on, headers are set off.
