Daikin Altherma Monobloc CA

4.5. Water pump M2P (DHW pump)

Switch off the Daikin Altherma Monobloc CA via the user interface.

Switch off the Daikin Altherma Monobloc CA with the field supplied circuit breaker.

Drain the water circuit, refer to Installer Reference Guide.

Locate the pump in the piping installation.

Remove the 4 screws that fix the pump motor to the pump house.

Separate the pump motor from the pump house.

Inspect the rotor and check that it rotates smoothly.

After water pump assembly and filling the water circuit, check pump for leaks.

Replace the seal if the water pump leaks.

Switch off the Daikin Altherma Monobloc CA via the user interface.

Switch off the Daikin Altherma Monobloc CA with the field supplied circuit breaker.

Remove the front panel of the control box.

Power the Daikin Altherma Monobloc CA.

Check fuse FU1 on A1P, if blown, find cause and replace.

The water pump M2P circulates the water in the
DHW circuit.
