2.53. “U5-00” – Transmission error between user interface and hydro PCB A1P
2.54. “U7-00” – Transmission malfunction between outdoor unit main PCB and
inverter PCB
2.55. “7H-01” – Water flow abnormality
Trigger
Effect
Reset
Hydro PCB A1P detects abnormal trans-
mission to user interface for a certain
time.
Unit will stop operation.
Auto-reset.
Possible cause
Check
Corrective action
Both user interfaces are set to the same
"user interface location" (in room / at unit)
(only applicable when 2 user interfaces
are connected to 1 unit).
Check setting [A.2.1.B] on both user inter-
faces.
Correct user interface location via setting
[A.2.1.B].
Faulty user interface.
Replace user interface when required.
Faulty hydro PCB A1P.
Check if the alive led is blinking in regular
intervals.
Check if the correct spare part is installed.
Check if hydro PCB A1P receives power.
Adjust the power to the PCB.
Replace hydro PCB A1P when alive led is
not blinking in regular intervals.
Adjust software of hydro PCB A1P or
install correct spare part when required.
External factor (e.g. electrical noise)
(cause when error is reset after power
reset, and error happens again after
awhile).
Check for source which could cause elec-
trical interference.
Trigger
Effect
Reset
Malfunction of connection between outdoor
unit main and inverter PCB.
Unit will stop operating.
Auto reset when data is successfully
received.
Possible cause
Check
Corrective action
Wiring between outdoor main PCB and
outdoor inverter PCB is not correct.
Check wiring between outdoor main PCB
and outdoor inverter PCB.
Adjust wiring when required.
Faulty outdoor main PCB.
Check if the alive led is blinking in regular
intervals.
Check if the correct spare part is installed.
Check if the outdoor main PCB receives
power.
Adjust the power to the outdoor main
PCB.
Replace outdoor main PCB when alive led
is not blinking in regular intervals (see
page 119).
Faulty outdoor inverter PCB.
Check outdoor inverter PCB (see
page 101).
Check if the alive led is blinking in regular
intervals.
Check if the correct spare part is installed.
Adjust the power to the outdoor inverter
PCB.
Replace outdoor inverter PCB when
required (see page 122).
Trigger
Effect
Reset
System detects flow abnormality during
operation.
Unit will stop operating.
Manual reset via user interface.
Glycol in the system: water flow < 12 l/min
for 15 seconds
Unit will stop operating.
Manual reset via user interface.
Water in the system: during heating oper-
ation the flow < 6 l/min for 15 seconds
Unit will stop operating.
Manual reset via user interface.
