Open the cover [3].

Remove the cylinder cover [4].

Pull the hoses [1] from the cylinder.

Remove the nut [2].

Remove the complete unit.

Reassemble in reverse order. Note the stroke when installing, otherwise the desired
throughput may not be reached.
NOTE: When disassembling the cylinder/valve assembly, measure the length of the complete
assembly (Dim A) and record. This assembly length must be maintained. When reassembling,
adjust the length to this value. Loc-tite™ all fittings when reassembling.
