the following:
1. D irection al lamp bulb or indicator bulb
burned out.
2. In correct directional lamp bulb in stalled .
3. D efective ground between bulb sock et and
mounting.
4. D efective d irection al control sw itch a s
sem b ly.
If d irection al te ll-t a le on instrum ent panel
d oes not flash in either direction, check for the
following:
1. Burned out fu se on fu se block.
2. D efectiv e fla sh er o r fla sh er te rm in a ls not
p rop erly engaged in junction block.
3. D irection al te ll-ta le bulb on instrum ent
panel burned out.
4. Short or open circu it. Check indicator lamp
c ir c u it referrin g to applicable W iring D iagram .
5. D efectiv e directional control sw itch a s
sem b ly.
If directional t e ll-ta le ligh t does not cancel
after com pleting a turn (except S e r ie s 9502 tilt
cab m odels), rem ove the steerin g w heel a s ex
plained in "MECHANICAL STEERING" (SEC. 9A)
of th is manual and check for a worn or damaged
can cellin g cam .
