clutch con trols. A ll rem aining m odels are
equipped with h yd rau lically-actu ated clutch con­
tr o ls. For s e r v ic in g of eith er m echanical or hy-

appropriate p roced u res following:

1. D isconnect the r e le a s e fork p u ll-back spring.
2. Move the r e le a s e fork to a p osition w here
the r e le a s e bearing can be fe lt to just b arely con­
tact the clutch r e le a s e fin g e r s.
3. R eferrin g to the In set, Figure 1, lo o sen
lock nut. Adjust clea ra n ce betw een wedge and ad­
justing nut to J^-inch. Then tighten lock nut so a s
to m aintain the M-inch clearan ce betw een wedge
and adjusting nut.
4. Connect p u ll-b a ck sp rin g to the r e le a s e
fork, then check operation of clutch linkage.
