The reset t1 command resets the T1 engine and T1 statistics information. This command is used to
change the T1 engine’s parameter configuration. The T1 soft, hard, and esf keywords are described
in Table C1-10. The syntax is:
reset t1 [soft | hard | esf]
The reset int_modem command (available from na or admin) resets the specified T1 modem_set.
There is no physical reset button. A modem reset forces the port to be reset. In addition, if the signal
protocol is set to wink start or immediate start, a special AT command is sent to the modem to select
the dialtone detection mechanism. The syntax is:
reset int_modem <
modem_set>
The modem_set parameter specifies the individual modem numbers, separated by commas, or a
range of numbers separated by a hyphen. The valid modem number range is 1 to 24, inclusive.
