T_POS_CL and T_POS_OP are used for extracting the circuit breaker status information.
Respectively, T_POS_OK is used to validate the intermediate or faulty breaker position.

Functionality
The Minimum pulse timer function TP block contains two independent timers running in
milliseconds . The function has a settable pulse length (in milliseconds). The timers are
used for setting the minimum pulse length for example, the signal outputs. Once the input
is activated the function gives out a pulse (Cold load time setting). But if the input remains
