Occurs when the 1 PPS signal from the CPU’s
internal clock is too far off frequency to lock to. This
normally indicates that the CPU module needs
servicing.

Occurs when the 1 PPS signal from the CPU’s
internal clock has stabilized when it had previously
failed.
