Manager Screen Features

5.4 Reports and Hourly Overview

In the Reports screen, there will be a list of the categories of reports

available to you. When you select one of these tabs, a list of the reports within that
category will appear. These different types of reports are covered more in-depth in
the Reporting chapter.

Paradise has included one of the most useful of these reports as it’s own

button on the manager tab called Hourly Overview for quick access. This report will
detail the day’s sales broken down into an hourly view detailing Seat Averages, La-
bor Cost, Ticket Averages, etc. This quick view report is great for merchants looking
for a more hands-on management approach to better adjust sales tactics and staff
throughout a shift.

Your reports contain all of your sales data within the past 15 days. Further

back than that and you will need to access your online dashboard; please call-in to
tech when you are ready to set that up. The online dashboard can be accessed, if
you wish, from this reporting tab as well as your local iPad reports by selecting Ad-
min -> Company Settings -> Reports and then checking the Use Web Reports box.
