Admin Screen Features

Setting up a Bottle Redemption

1. Once you have a bottle fee you can create a redemption so you can track how much

you have paid out to redemptions. Creating a redemption is similar to creating the
fee. Go to Admin -> Company Settings -> Redemptions. Once there, select New at the
top right of the list.

2. Name the redemption. We’ve named ours Bottle Return. Now mark Is Redeemable

and Prompt for Price. Having it set as redeemable will allow you to use it to apply a
bottle redemption to a ticket. Having it prompt for price will allow you to type in how
much you will be redeeming. You can also forgo this in favor of a set price per re-
demption.

3. Once you have the redemption made, you can use it. Make sure you have a cash

drawer opened for the day. To apply the redemption, you can either choose the re-
demption from the Home Page at the bottom left of the screen or Employee -> Re-
demption and choose the appropriate redemption.
