Reporting - An In-Depth Look

House Account

A customer’s house account will detail the tickets that they still owe money

on so that you can keep track of their current balance. It also lists what their credit
limit is so you can see how much more credit they can use before they can no lon-
ger apply tickets to their house account.

House Account Summary
• Name:

The name of the customer who has the house account.

• Limit:

The credit limit that has been set in their account.

• Balance:

How much the customer currently owes on their house account.

House Account Tickets
• Ticket#:

Lists the tickets that the customer has applied to their house account.

• Amount:

The amount the ticket was worth that the customer now owes.

• Customer:

Customer who has the ticket in their house account.
