When the Ticket Transfer Needs Approval box is checked, an employee will
need to accept the ticket the next time they log into the system. When they do, a
pop-up will appear after a few moments.
The employee will select the ticket(s) they are accepting from another em-
ployee. After they have selected the ticket, they can then choose if they want to
accept or decline the ticket. This setting prevents tickets from being accidentally
transferred to the incorrect employee and keeps employees from transferring tick-
ets to others without permission.
