Company Settings - Reasons
Company Settings - Reports
This section allows you to create reasons in the system for when someone
runs either a Void or a Comp. These will allow you to more accurately view why
these were done in the system in your reports. To create a new Void or Comp rea-
son, simply select the small plus sign next to either Void Reasons or Comp Reasons.
A prompt will appear that will allow you to type in your new reason. Select Confirm
when finished and this will save it for you.
This section changes reporting settings in the system. At the top of the page it
will allow you to switch the Accounting Type on your reports. You can choose ei-
ther Accrual (most typically used and set by default) or Cash-Basis.
• Accrual:
records revenues and expenses when they are incurred, regardless of
when cash is exchanged
• Cash-Basis:
records revenue when cash is received, and expenses when they are
paid in cash.

Show Potential Error Tickets in Reports:
displays tickets that may be error tick-
ets on your reports to assist in monitoring possible issues a ticket may be hav-
ing.
• Open Tickets Line on Total Sales:
enables tickets that have not yet been paid out
yet to be viewable on the Total Sales Report; useful for those running this report
mid-day.
• Use Web Reports:
enables web reports in your reporting section so you can see
your Online Dashboard Reports from the Paradise application.
Company Settings - Diagnostics
This section is mostly used by Tech Support to help diagnose why you may be
having technical difficulties. This page will show what WiFi your iPad is connected
to and if anything is connected to the iPad via Bluetooth. It will also display what
device the iPad is and, when in Local Mode, will show which devices are connected
via a Peer 2 Peer system.
