Reporting - An In-Depth Look

Depending on what you’ve ran the report for, a series of logs will appear on

the screen. If you don’t select any, all of them will load. Most of these will display
who did the action, what item and/or ticket the action was done on, and what time
it occurred. Explore these log types in order to keep track of how your business is
functioning.
