5.1 Ticket Recall
Ticket Recall is a useful function for when you need to go back and check previous
tickets that weren’t processed the same day you are looking them up or to refund these
tickets.
Once Ticket Recall is selected, there are filters that
can assist you in finding a particular ticket on the left
of the screen. If you have a copy of the ticket, you can
search based on any of the information listed on the
ticket such as Customer/Tab Name, Ticket ID, or the Em-
ployee who rang in the ticket. Perhaps you are looking
for tickets closed during a specific time range. You’d list
the beginning and end date in the filters provided. You
can also search tickets by the price range of the ticket or
by the SKU or name of an item that would have been on
the ticket.
