Loyalty
The Paradise system comes with an integrated loyalty system that allows you
to assign points to customers based on how much they spend in your establish-
ment, which they can then exchange for a gift card or a payment toward their next
ticket. Creating the value of these points is covered in more detail in the Company
Settings section in the Admin Tab Features.
To use the Loyalty program, certain things need to be set up on the customer
in the customer database. First, ensure that the Loyalty checkbox is selected for
the customer. Next, make sure the employee has a unique Loyalty ID, as described
above. Once this is set up for the customer, you can assign the customer on the pay
screen or when sending a ticket to the kitchen.
To check the customer’s loyalty points, select the customer in the customer
database and select Loyalty. From here, if the customer has a reward available, it
can be redeemed by selecting Reward Available. Redeeming points will add the
dollar value of the points to their balance. If the employee using the system has
the permissions, the customer’s loyalty points and balance can be edited from this
page as well. Be sure to select save when finished.
You can redeem the reward from the pay screen. When you select the cus-
tomer with a reward for the ticket, the system will prompt you that the customer
has a reward and will allow you to apply the amount to their current ticket or pay it
out as a gift card.
