8.2.6 Creating and Using the Loyalty System
Having a loyalty system set up will allow you to reward repeat customers the
more often they come in and spend money. The loyalty system with Paradise al-
lows you to give customers a certain amount of points for every dollar they spend.
You can then set reward levels that will allow you to give your loyalty customers a
gift card of a value you set for collecting points.
Setting up the Loyalty System Rules
1. To create a loyalty system you must first set up the rules that it runs on. Start by
going to Admin -> Company Settings -> Customer. From this page, you can set
the Dollars Per Point amount. This amount shows how much money they have
to spend on a transaction before they can earn a point. In the example below,
for every $10 a customer spends, they earn a point. Tailor this value to your
business.
