Gift Card Report
The gift card report tracks the gift cards you have sold in your system and keeps track of
which are opened. If your customers are also using your loyalty system, this will also track their
loyalty numbers, as those are both classified under gift cards.
Tax Exemptions Report
The tax exemptions report will allow you to track the sales you’ve made under cus-
tomers that have a tax exemption ID.
• Customer:
The name of the customer with the tax exemption.
• Tickets Total:
The total that was paid on the ticket after the tax exemption.
• # of Tickets:
The amount of tickets the customer used their tax exemption on.

Total Tax Removed:
The amount of tax that was removed from the customer’s tickets due
to their tax exemption.
• Card#:
The number of the card or loyalty number/card.
• Start Amt:
The beginning balance of the card.
• Balance:
The current balance on the card.
• Last Paid:
How much was last used on this card.
• Paid Dt:
The date the card was last used.
• Created:
When the card was created.
• On Ticket:
What ticket the card was created on; this will not have a value if the card is a
loyalty number/card.
