Reporting - An In-Depth Look
• Type:
This separates the comps into whether they were item or ticket comps.
• Ticket#:
The ticket number that the comp was made on.
• User:
This will display a user if the person didn’t have permission to comp the item or
ticket and was overridden by a manager.
• Override:
Shows who made an override if one was made on a comp.
• Reason:
Displays the reason given for the comp occurring.
• Total:
Total of the Sub and Tax amounts of the amount comped.
• Reason:
This displays the reasons that were used during the time period to make the
comps.
• Qty:
The amount of times the reason was used within the time period.
• Sub:
Amount of money comped before taxes.

Tax:
Amount of tax that would have been collected on the tickets or items had they
not been comped.
• Total:
Total that would have been collected, including taxes, on tickets or items that
were comped.
