Edit Button Permissions
After selecting all the action permissions that an employee has access to, you
will need to edit their button permissions. Editting button permissions allows you
to set exactly which buttons your employees are allowed to use without a manag-
er’s permission.
To begin, select Edit Button Permissions. A pop-up will appear which will al-
low you to select the different screens that are in your system.
Select each screen to enable the buttons an employee will be allowed to use.
By default, most of the buttons will be red. This means they don’t have access to
the button. If you tap the button once, it will turn green. When green, the employ-
ee is allowed to select the button while using the system. Go through all the op-
tions to decide what you would like your employees to have access to.
