After the System Parameters have been configured, the TT Users will be able
to generate Trouble Tickets, using the Alarm Details dialog: from the Alarm
Details dialog, the INM user can select an alarm from the list, open the Alarm
List menu (by clicking the right mouse button), and select the “Create Trouble
Ticket” item of this menu (see Figure 23).
Figure 23. Alarm Details dialog
The Trouble Ticket request is then created, formatted, and sent to the Trouble
Management System.
