ment Application RTU The INM Broadband Configuration Management Application RTU provides the
capability of acquiring an accurate view of the equipment provisioned in the
network.
The centralized inventory feature assists in verifying the hardware baseline
compatibility of a network before undertaking an upgrade.
In addition, DS1, DS3, and STS1 terminations can be activated and deactivated
from the GUI.
INM STS Connection Manage-
ment Application RTU The INM Broadband Connection Management Package RTU provides STS con-
nection provisioning and service assurance capabilities.
INM VT1.5 Connection Man-
agement Application RTU The INM Broadband VT1.5 Connection Management Application RTU pro-
vides VT1.5 connection provisioning on OC-3 Express, OC-12 and AccessNode
BLSR and service assurance capabilities.
INM Partitioned Access Appli-
cation RTU The INM Broadband Partitioned Access Application RTU provides the follow-
ing capabilities:

INM Federated Networks
Application RTU per N-1
workstations The INM Broadband Federated Network Application RTU per N-1 workstations
provides the INM Broadband workstation to have federated connection with
other INM workstations for the support of up to 750 Controller SOC and 5500
NEs.
INM Facility Provisioning
Application RTU The INM Broadband Facility Provisioning Application RTU provides the capa-
bility of provisioning Facility parameters for electrical and optical facilities
directly from the INM Broadband GUI.
INM Trouble Ticketing Appli-
cation RTU The INM Broadband Trouble Ticketing Application RTU provides the capabil-
ity of selecting a fault from the INM GUI, and generating a corresponding Trou-
ble Ticket in Clarify’s ClearSupport
TM
product.
1c INM Fault Management CI
RTU The Fault Management Building Block (FMBB) provides contracts for alarm
queries and autonomous reporting of alarms, including quality of service alarms
(performance threshold crossings) and surveillance status.
INM ATM Fault Management
CI RTU The ATM Fault Management provides the capability to perform Fault Manage-
ment through the FMBB on ATM Passport Network Elements in conjunction
with the Passport CORBA MOA Release 1.0.
INM Performance Manage-
ment CI RTU The Performance Management Building Block (PMBB) provides the retrieval
of historical network element performance statistics.
Performance statistics counts are collected on a per facility and equipment basis
by each network element which belongs to a managed network.
