Issue 1.2

The tables on the following pages summarize the INM Broadband Release 4.1
functionalities available when deployed with the various Network Element
types.

The functionality of all features introduced in previous releases of INM is
propagated, and hence forward compatibility is maintained. As well, future
releases of element controller software will be backwards compatible w.r.t
features introduced in this release of INM.

The new functionalities for Integrated Network Management Broadband
