system per INM release.

Table 41. Workstation Requirements per INM Release

1. The HP 9000 Models 735 and 715/64 have been discontinued by the manufacturer, but will continue to be supported.
2. The HP9000 Model C100 was supported for Release 5.01 of the S/DMS Network Manager.
3. The Models C200 and B132L+ only support the HP-UX 10.20 ACE operating system.

The HP workstation for INM Broadband can be part of the INM Broadband
software purchase. This is an optional offering as the HP workstation can
always be purchased directly from HP or from a HP distributor. When ordering
the HP workstation from Northern Telecom, the HP workstation will be
configured with the proper hardware and operating system parameters.

Upgrades

Table 42 on Page 169 identifies the paths supported for upgrading S/DMS
Network Manager software to Integrated Network Management Broadband
Release 4.1. The table also identifies the Hewlett-Packard UNIX (HP-UX)
operating systems associated with each release. Integrated Network
Management Broadband Release 4.1 supports HP-UX Release 10.20 ACE
only (i.e. ACE 1 or ACE 2). For more information on upgrading your operating
system, see Operating System Requirements on page 166.
