9.3 Measurement Parameters and Arithmetic Expressions

The unit calculates each of the elements using the following arithmetic
expressions, based on a voltage V applied between terminals of the mea-
surement sample, a current I that flows through the sample at that time, a
phase angle



between voltage V and current I, and an angle speed



of the

measurement frequency.

Cs indicates the measurement item of C in the series equivalent circuit mode
Cp indicates the measurement item of C in the parallel equivalent circuit
mode.
