*1: When the panel number is being loaded by the panel load function, the response
times become approximately 0.5 ms (loading compensation values) and approxi-
mately 350 ms (ALL, loading measurement conditions).
When the trigger delay is enabled, the pre-set wait time will be activated.
*2: These reference values are when the measurement frequency is 1 kHz, the measure-
ment speed is FAST, and the range is HOLD.
When the trigger synchronous output function is enabled, wait times are included.
(The wait times at the time of shipment are approximately 2 ms [1 kHz] and 10 ms
[120 Hz] and can be changed from a PC.)
When “i-ovEr Error” is shown, the trigger simultaneous function will be automatically
enabled.
*3: There is an approximate error of 160
s in the delay time between evaluation result
EOM output with respect to the setting value.

• As the speed for the Comparator and the acceleration (LOW
HI) of the BIN
Evaluation Results (Pins 6 to 12, 30 to 37, 39) depends on the circuit structure
connected to the EXT I/O, using Comparator, BIN evaluation result level
immediately after EOM output may cause measurement error.
To prevent this, it is possible to set the comparator and delay time for BIN
evaluation result EOM Period from Command. In addition, when the Com-
mand setting for evaluation result signal line in EXT I/O (:IO:RESult:RESet) is
enabled (ON) and forcibly moved to HIGH level simultaneously with TRIG,
LOW
HIGH transfer will not occur when evaluation result is outputted imme-
diately after measurement has finished. As a result, it is possible to set the
delay time for the Evaluation Result EOM Period to a minimum. However, take
note that the evaluation result confirmation range is valid until the following
triggers are accepted.
• During measurement, a trigger input from EXT/ IO or communicating by inter-
face may lead to the results for the comparator and delay time for BIN judge-
ment result
EOM varying widely. As far as possible, try not to control from
external sources when carrying out measurement.
