• Output the judgment result for BIN (BIN1 to 14, OUT OF BINS, and D-NG)

from EXT I/O.

• The BIN judgment results (IN/NG) can be differentiated by beep tones.

Keys Enabled for

Comparator Mode

Key

Function

Switches the measurement mode.

Switches to the setting modes for the upper limit and lower

limit values.

Change to confirm the upper limit value, range, voltage cur-

rent monitor values.

Switches the trigger setting to INT/EXT.

This key is only enabled when the trigger setting is EXT. One

measurement is performed each time the key is pressed.
The following menu settings can be made.
• “LoAd_A(C/h)”
• “SAVE”
• “Ld_tYP”
• “Cont”
• “Lo C”
• “LEV.ChK”
• “bEEP_K”
• “dISP”
• “IF”
Settings other than the above listed can be made from normal
measurement mode.
Menu which cannot be set at the comparator measurement
mode will display the current setting conditions in the lower
portion of the MAIN display.

Changes the keylock function and cancels the remote state.
