Usage Guidelines
The global lockout settings include parameter values that determine the length of a user observation
window, the amount of time a locked user remains locked, and the number of failed password login
attempts allowed.
Examples

Lockout Setting:
Observation window: 30 (minutes)
Duration: 200 (minutes)
Threshold: 20
