Connecting emergency stop to safety PLC

If the external emergency stop is connected to the safety PLC, it is connected as
a safe digital input.

DANGER

When using this solution, the communication between the safety PLC and the
safety controller must be active at all times. For example, commissioning mode
is not allowed (since the external emergency stop would not stop the robot).
