W6 Tip
Not all patterns can be sewn with the same presser foot. The optimal
presser foot for the selected pattern is recommended by the pattern,
whereby letters are assigned to the various presser feet, which are shown
on the display. These indicate:

R = Buttonhole foot
•
J = Standard foot
•
Z = Open satin stitch foot
•
H = Blind hem foot
•
O = Button foot

Needle position display: top

Needle position display: bottom

Stitch length icon. If the icon is enclosed by an oval, this indicates
the optimal stitch length specified by the manufacturer.

Current stitch length.

Display showing the number of the selected pattern (00 to 99).

Is displayed when the “Twin needle protection” button has been
pressed.

Stitch width icon. If the icon is enclosed by an oval, this indicates the
optimal stitch width specified by the manufacturer.
