Place the edges of the fabric next to the guide of the blind hem foot and
begin sewing.

We recommend Sewing Program 19 “Feather stitch” for chaining off
and serging.

The seam using the blind hem foot as a positioning aid on the
fabric is sewn.

W6 Tip

Use the blind hem foot or the ov

erlock foot at the edge of the fabric. It can

be used as a guide when overcasting the edges of the fabric directly.

This pattern creates an invisible seam in pieces of fabric that are sewn
together. The seam also lends an interesting look to simple garments. If
