CAUTION
Risk of injury posed by breaking needles
When the quilting foot is used for quilting, the needle may break if any stitch
other than the straight stitch with a central needle position (001) is used.
There is a risk of injury posed by uncontrolled, moving parts.

Always use the straight stitch with a central needle position when using
the quilting foot.
Stitches 7, 12, 17, 21, 22, 23, 24, 27 mentioned above may not be used
with the quilting foot.
Carry out the following steps:
1.
Sew the pieces of fabric together with a seam allowance of approximately
6 mm.
2.
Install the quilting bar in the opening provided for it in the presser foot
shaft.
3.
Set the desired seam spacing by moving the quilting bar.
4.
Sew the three layers of material together.

Quilting by means of the quilting bar is performed.
W6 Tip
Quick sewing and guiding produces long stitches. Slow sewing and guiding
produces short stitches.
The overall appearance of the stitches improves significantly with increasing
practical experience.
