Up to a charging state of 50%, only the LEDs

in the left tail light begin to flash. The fewer

LEDs that flash, the lower the charging state.
As soon as the charging state exceeds 50%,

the LEDs in the right tail light also begin to

flash. The more LEDs that flash, the higher

the charging state.
