Total cooking time: 12-13 minutes
Ingredients
400 g Mince (half pork, half beef)
4 tbsp Breadcrumbs
1 tbsp Corn flour
50 ml Milk
50 ml Water
1 Egg
50 g
Onions, chopped
1 tsp
Mustard
Salt, Pepper, Paprika powder
1. Prepare a smooth mince roll from the given
ingredients.
Allow the roll to stand for 5-10 minutes in the
refrigerator.
2. Then make approx. 8 flat meatballs of the same
size.
Place the meatballs on the revolving plate and
cook.
7-8 Min.

FILLET OF FISH WITH CHEESE
SAUCE
Total cooking time: approx. 30 minutes
Dish:
Dish with cover (1 l capacity ) shallow
round casserole dish (25 cm in diameter)

Fish fillets (approx. 800 g)
(e.g. perch, flounder or cod)
2 tbsp Lemon juice
Salt
1 tbsp Butter or margarine
1
Onion (50 g), chopped finely
1 tbsp Flour (20 g)
100 ml White wine
1 tsp
Vegetable oil to grease the dish
100 g Grated Emmental cheese
2 tbsp Chopped parsley
1. Wash the fillets, dry and sprinkle with lemon
juice. Allow to stand in the refrigerator for
approx. 15 min, dry again and add salt.
2. Spread the butter on the bottom of the dish. Add
the diced onions and steam while covered.

3. Sprinkle the flour over the onions and stir. Add the
white wine and mix.
4. Grease the casserole dish and add the fillets.
Pour the sauce over the fillets and sprinkle with
cheese. Place on the revolving plate and cook
using the
AC-6
automatic program.

Allow the fish fillets to stand for approx. 2 minutes
after cooking. Serve garnished with chopped
parsley.

1. Cook butter, mushrooms, onions and garlic together
in a shallow casserole dish.

2. Make a sauce. To do this mix tomatoes, lemon juice,
ketchup, basil, pepper and salt.
3. Place the fish fillet on the vegetables and cover with
the sauce and some vegetables.
