The R&S
FPC shows the scan diagram. For each measured frequency, it shows a
vertical bar.
Displaying a second trace
You can display a second trace with a different configuration (trace mode or detector,
for example).
1. Press the "Meas" key to open the measurement menu.
2. Select the "Show Trace 2" menu item.
3. Press the "Trace" key to open the trace menu.
4. Select the "Trace <x>" menu item to select one of traces.
5. Configure both traces as you like.
Selecting the trace style
The trace style defines the way the trace looks.
1. Press the "Trace" key to open the trace menu.
2. Select the trace style.
● "Trace Style: Lines": Shows a vertical line for each receive frequency as descri-
bed above.
● "Trace Style: Polygons": Shows the trace as a continuous, horizontal line. The
gaps between the measurement frequencies are interpolated.
Displaying the peak list
As an alternative to evaluating the scan results in a diagram, you can display them in a
table.
1. Press the "Meas" key to open the measurement menu.
2. Select the "View Peak List" menu item.
The R&S
FPC shows the peak list.
The table header shows the trace number and the detector applied to the correspond-
ing trace.
Each row in the table represents a
. If the scan evaluates more than
15 frequencies, the table only shows the highest levels.
For each frequency, the peak list shows the following information.
●
Peak
Index number between 1 and 15.
●
Frequency
Frequency at which the peak was measured.
●
Level
Level of the peak.
●
Delta Limit
