A host machine is required for controlling the dedicated flash programmer.
UART0 or CSI0 is used for the interface between the dedicated flash programmer and the V850E/IA2 to perform
writing, erasing, etc. A dedicated program adapter (FA series) and dual-power-supply adapter (FA-TVC) are required
for off-board writing.
