Warranty
Leica Biosystems Nussloch GmbH guarantees that the contractual product delivered has been subjected
to a comprehensive quality control procedure based on the Leica in-house testing standards, and that the
product is faultless and reflects all technical specifications and/or agreed characteristics.
The scope of the warranty is based on the content of the concluded agreement. The warranty terms of
your Leica sales organization or the organization from which you have purchased the contractual product
shall apply exclusively.
Yearly Preventive Maintenance
Leica recommends to conduct a yearly preventive maintenance. This has to be performed by a qualified
Leica Service Representative.
Service information
If you are in need of technical customer support or spare parts, please contact your Leica representative
or the Leica dealer where you purchased the instrument.
Please provide the following information on the instrument:
•
Model name and serial number of the instrument.
•
Location of the instrument and name of a contact person.
•
Reason for the service call.
•
The delivery date of the instrument. .
