3. Check the respective coverslip line for possible blockage and remove it carefully

4. If in the way, move the Pick&Place module to the waste tray (

5. Confirm the message by clicking Ok .

6. Take note of the following message and close the hood.
7. The instrument now attempts to move the rack to the uppermost position.
8. After a short period of time, a message appears on the display. Reopen the hood and check
whether the rack is in the uppermost position.
Note
If the instrument can not move the rack to the uppermost position (due to i.e. blocking slides), the
following three steps have to be performed before attempting to remove the rack.
