16. Follow the instructions on the display and close the locking mechanism of the elevator again

message after completing the task.

17. The next message asks the user to remove the needle from the parking location ( → Fig. 120- 1 )
and insert it into the holder (

positioned correctly and confirm the message.

18. Close the hood.
19. After the hood has been closed, a new message appears informing the user to check for
uncoverslipped slides (

Fig. 121- 1 ) in the removed rack, considering the coverslipping
sequence (

Fig. 74) . Uncoverslipped slides have to be coverslipped immediately to avoid
drying out of the specimen. Confirm the message.
