Note
The password-protected Supervisor Mode is required for importing.

The function enables the import of language packages from a connected USB memory stick.
1. To do this, insert the USB memory stick into one of the USB ports on the front side of the
instrument.
2. Then, select the Import function. The data is scanned.

Software updates can be run by a Supervisor or by a Leica-authorized service technician.
Note
Lab-specific settings are not deleted when updating the software for the HistoCore SPECTRA CV.
5.8.8 Event view
Required access level: Standard user, supervisor
A separate log file is created for each day that the instrument was switched on.
This file can be called up by selecting the DailyRunLog file in the Event view menu
( → Fig. 40) .
In the Event View menu, an event log (

Fig. 40) can be selected from a list of available logs
( → Fig. 40- 1 ) and called up by pressing the Open ( → Fig. 40- 2 ) button .
Note
The file name is supplemented by adding the respective creation date in ISO format, which makes
organization easier. The file is created in the configured language.
