Unknown ID Job (Operation settings for unknown IDs)
This specifies the behavior for handling the jobs sent with unknown or unsent login user names or User ID. If the User Login
is set to invalid and Job Accounting is set to valid, follow the procedure when the Account ID is unknown.

entry field selected, press
[OK]
. The
Login User Name
entry screen is displayed.

Enter the Login User Name using the numeric keys then press
[OK]

The log in screen reappears.

Login Password
entry field.

Login Password
entry screen is displayed.

Enter the Login Password using the numeric keys then press
[OK]

The login screen reappears.

screen appears.

When user login administration is set:
• When logged in as an administrator, the log in screen is
not displayed and the
User/Job Account
menu screen
is displayed.
• The setting is not possible when logged in as anyone other
than an administrator. Log in again as an administrator.
