6 List Sequence Measurements
List Sequence Measurements
•
Peak power: specifies the peak power of the whole sequence. Peak power along with test pattern
determines the peak power for each acquisition.
•
Step size: sets the power control step size for the UE transmitter which is the change in the UE
transmitter output power in response to a single TPC_cmd derived at UE.
•
Step count: sets the number of timeslots to be measured which equals to the total number of TPC
commands sent for the whole sequence.
•
Step Interval: specifies the measurement interval for each analysis step. The transient periods of 25us
before each slot and 25us after each slot boundary shall not be included in the power measurement per
the TS34.121.
•
Test Pattern: specifies which test pattern is to be used, DOWN, UP or BOTH (equivalent to DOWN-THEN-
UP). Due to the limitation of dynamic range, the whole power control sequence is segmented into two
acquisitions when test pattern is set to DOWN or UP. For the BOTH pattern, three acquisitions are
required.
•
Fast Algorithm Enable: specifies which measurement is configured to acquire the UE output power, Basic
TX Power or Basic IQ Power. If fast algorithm enable is on, Basic TX Power is configured on each analysis
step, otherwise Basic IQ Power is configured.
•
Append enable: optional node, used to specify whether the new generated acquisitions of ILPC will be
appended or not. If ON, the new acquisitions will be appended at the end of sequence, otherwise the
previous acquisitions will be overwritten by the acquisitions of ILPC.
Note: This command sets both Upper Limit and Lower Limit of Basic TX Power to OFF internally, therefore
no pass or fail result is returned.
Note: The ILPC setup command is only applicable to WCDMA radio standard.

Notes
The parameters are:
<frequency> - specifies the frequency for the sequence.
<ampl> - specifies the peak power for the sequence.
<Integer> - specifies the number of timeslots to be measured.
<real> - specifies the power control step size.
<time> - specifies the measurement interval for each step.
<enum> - specifies the test pattern.
<boolean> - specifies the fast algorithm mode On/Off.
<boolean> - specifies the append mode On/Off. This value is optional. If it is not set, the default value Off is used.
