B.10.4 PROCEDURA
SKŁADANIA DODAT.
PODPÓR.
Dodatkowe nogi i belki mogą
być rozkładane, kiedy żuraw jest w
pozycji złożonej do transportu.
Pamiętaj abyś zawsze używał
sterowania z tej strony, z której
sterujesz żurawiem.
Postępuj z godnie z następującymi
czynnościami:
1) Odblokuj zawór (A) (jeśli obecny)
złóż dodatkowe nogi podór (B), zablokuj
zawór (C).
2)
Dezaktywuj
bloka
dę
wysuwu
dodatkowych podpór (D), wsuń belkę o
kilka centymetrów, aktywuj blokadę.
3) Wsuń w pełni belki podpór
dodatkowych, sprawdź czy sworzeń
blokujący jest dokładnie umieszczony w
belce.
4) Usuń kliny.
Zabronione
jest
ruszanie
pojezdem jeśli wszystkie podpory nie
są
wsunięte
i
zablokowane
poprawnie.
B.10.4 PRODEDURE TO
CLOSE THE SUPPL.Y
OUTRIGGERS
The supplementary stabilizers
and the suppl. stabilizing rods can be
retracted exclusively when the crane
is closed in transport position.
Remember that you must
always use the controls on the side
on which you are operating the
crane.
Carry out the follow operations:
1) Unlock the check valve (A) (if
present), close fully the supplementary
stabilizer legs (B), lock the check valve
(C) (if present).
2) Disable the extension locks of the
supplementary stabilizers (D), retract
the rod by few centimeters, activate the
extension locks (E).
3) Retract fully the supplementary
stabilizer rods: check that the rod lock
pin are perfectly inserted in the rod (F).
4) Remove the wedges.
It is forbidden to move the
truck if all stabilizers are not closed
and not locked correctly.

VERFAHREN DER
ZUSATZ
ABSTÜTZUNGEN
Die Zusatzabstützbeine und
die Zusatzabstützstangen können
nur eingefahren werden, nachdem
der
Kran
in
Transportposition
geschlossen geworden ist.
Wir weisen ausdrücklich hin,
dass der Steuerhebel immer auf der
Seite zu benutzen ist, auf der auch
die Kranbewegung erfolgt.
Das
folgende Verfahren ausführen:
1) Das Blockventil öffnen (A) (wenn
anwesend), die Zusatzabstützbeine
einfahren (B),
schließen das Blockventil
(C) (wenn anwesend).
2)
Die
Zusatzabstützsperrgetriebe
ausschalten (D), die Abstützstange
einige
Zentimeter
einfahren,
die
Zusatzabstützsperrgetriebe einschalten
(E).
3) Die Zusatzabstützstangen vollständig
ausfahren:
überprüfen
dass
der
Sperrbolzen
ordnungsgemäß in der
Stange eingesetzt ist (F)
4) Die Keilen entfernen.
Das
ist
verboten,
das
Fahrzeug zu bewegen wenn alle
Abstützungen
nicht
richtig
geschlossen und blockiert sind.
