B.10.4 PRODEDURE TO 
CLOSE THE SUPPL.Y 
OUTRIGGERS 

 

 

The  supplementary  stabilizers 

and the suppl. stabilizing rods can be 
retracted  exclusively  when  the  crane 
is closed in transport position. 

 
 

 

Remember  that  you  must 

always  use  the  controls  on  the  side 
on  which  you  are  operating  the 
crane. 

 
Carry out the follow operations: 
 
1)  Unlock  the  check  valve  (A)  (if 
present),  close  fully  the  supplementary 
stabilizer  legs  (B),  lock  the  check  valve 
(C) (if present). 
 
2)  Disable  the  extension  locks  of  the 
supplementary  stabilizers  (D),  retract 
the rod by few centimeters, activate the 
extension locks (E). 
 
 
3)  Retract  fully  the  supplementary 
stabilizer  rods:  check  that  the  rod  lock 
pin are perfectly inserted in the rod (F). 
 
 
4) Remove the wedges. 
 
 

 
 

  It  is  forbidden  to  move  the 

truck  if  all  stabilizers  are  not  closed 
and not locked correctly.

nur  eingefahren  werden,  nachdem

geschlossen geworden ist. 

 

 

Wir  weisen  ausdrücklich  hin, 

dass  der  Steuerhebel  immer  auf  der 
Seite  zu  benutzen  ist,  auf  der  auch 
die Kranbewegung erfolgt. 

 
Das 

folgende Verfahren ausführen: 

 
1)  Das  Blockventil  öffnen  (A)  (wenn 
anwesend),  die  Zusatzabstützbeine 
einfahren (B), 

schließen das Blockventil 

(C) (wenn anwesend). 
 
2) 

Die 

Zusatzabstützsperrgetriebe 

ausschalten  (D),  die  Abstützstange 
einige 

Zentimeter 

einfahren, 

die 

Zusatzabstützsperrgetriebe  einschalten

3) Die Zusatzabstützstangen vollständig 
ausfahren:
