Parameters
sysname
: Name of the device, a string of 1 to 30 characters.
Description
Use the
sysname
command to set the name of the device.
Use the
undo sysname
demand to restore the device name to the default.
The default name is “
4510G
” by default.
Modifying device name affects the prompt of the CLI. For example, if the device name is
Sysname
, the
prompt of user view is <Sysname>.
