RvStr The level of reverse duct assisted steering
available when the helm is hard over. Sets how
far down the reverse duct on the inside of the
turn will come down. For example, setting this to
100% will cause the port reverse duct to come
fully down when turning hard to port. Set to zero
to disable this feature.
