Set the following waterjet parameters:
These parameters must be set to match each individual vessel. JETanchor will not function correctly
if the default values are used.
Parameter
Description
Jet model
The model of waterjet being set up.
Jet X offset
Set the fore/aft distance of the waterjet thrust points from the vessel's
origin. Measurement is in mm, expressed as a negative. Waterjet offset is
shown in the figure later in this section.
Jet spacing
The distance between waterjet main shafts. Measurement is in mm.
Impeller rating
Measurement is in W*100.
Deadrise
Measurement is in milli-degrees.
Maximum JETanchor RPM
The maximum mainshaft rpm that JETanchor can demand.
Maximum RPM
This must be the maximum main shaft rpm at full engine speed.
Set the waterjet parameters.
