Mount the heat sink (2). (Fig. 5)
●
Fasten the screws (3) with tension washers
(4), o-ring (5) and bush (6) on the top and
on the bottom until the bushes are placed
on the heat sink. Fasten the screws
alternatingly on the top and on the bottom.
For this purpose use the torque wrenches
B-0398 and B-0399. (Fig. 5)
Torque:
Start: 4.425 inch-pounds
then increase it gradually by 1.77 inch-
pounds until a value of 17.7 inch-pounds is
achieved for each screw.
CAUTION:
These torques must be kept.

Mount the cooling unit to the dispenser.
●
Connect the cable harnesses again.
●
Position the plugs beneath the air plate (8).
(Fig. 6)
●
Complete the dispenser assembly.
CAUTION:
When remounting, ensure that
the 8 tension washers, the
o-ring and the bush are
mounted correctly or, in case
of damages, are replaced.
