●
Every flexi-pack is a non-returnable pack.
It consists of a cardboard box (1) and a
unit containing the concentrate bag (2) and
the dosing pump (3). (Fig. 2)
●
The dosing pump cannot be taken apart.
●
Concentrate bag and dosing pump form a
closed system into which no air from
outside can penetrate.
Due to this system and by inserting the
flexi-pack into the cooling compartment
- no bacteria contained in the air can enter
the concentrate.
- for coffee the durability and the quality of
the concentrate can be guaranteed at
43 °F for up to 3 weeks.
●
Two flexi-packs are installed in the cooling
compartment. There is a dosing coil for
every flexi-pack underneath the cooling
compartment into which the dosing tube (1)
with dosing pump reaches. (Fig. 3)
●
The dosing coil and the dosing pump form
a system which is current-controlled from
the microprocessor on the control circuit
board. The dosing pump delivers
-
coffee 0.105 ccm
-
milk 0.09 ccm
concentrate volume per pulse to the dosing
coil. Delivery is done as follows:
The tappet consisting of tappet ring (4), ring
carrier (3) and inlet valve (5) is pulled
downwards. The bellow (6) filled with
concentrate is pressed together and
delivers the concentrate onto the trough via
the outlet valve (8). Directly after the pulse
the bellow returns to its original shape and
new concentrate flows into it via the now
open inlet valve (5). (Fig. 3)
