C.2.4 Disassembly of the Auto-Diaphragm
●
Remove the combi-trough (1). (Fig. 1)
●
Remove the 2 screws (2) of the sealing
key (3). (Fig. 1)
●
Remove the sealing key (3) downwards.
(Fig. 1)
●
Guide the lever wire (4) on both sides and
pull it out of the combi-trough (1). (Fig. 1).
●
Remove the auto-diaphragm (5) carefully
upwards from the combi-trough (1). (Fig. 1)
●
Before mounting the auto-diaphragm spray
it with a special lubricant (e.g. Biolub, part
no. K-0115) for the general food and
catering industry. (Fig. 1)
●
Slide the new auto-diaphragm from above
into the groove (6) of the combi-trough
until its lips protrude from the combi-
trough. (Fig. 1)
●
Guide the lever wire (4) on both sides and
introduce it carefully into the auto-
diaphragm. Hold the auto-diaphragm from
above and introduce the lever wire (4)
carefully until it fills the loop (7) out.

●
Spray the sealing key (3) with a special lubricant
(e.g. Biolub part no. K-0115), introduce it in
a tilted position into the auto-diaphragm, press
it onto the combi-trough and tighten it with two
screws (2). (Fig. 1)
●
Pull the auto-diaphragm upwards so that
its upper edge ends max. 0.04 in
underneath the combi-trough. (Fig. 2)
●
Operate the lever wire (4) and check the
function of the switching-over. (Fig. 1)
●
Clean the combi-trough.
